How would you like to work in the kitchen of one of London’s busiest restaurants situated in the heart of Covent Garden? We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, self-motivated Sous Chef who is ready to take on the challenge!
Situated in the centre of the iconic Covent Garden Pizza, in one of London’s flagship restaurants with an all-day dining menu celebrating traditional English cuisine. The successful candidate will report to our Head Chef and take responsibility for all aspects of preparation and presentation, as well as coaching and motivating their team throughout their shift.
We’re looking for someone who’s truly passionate about fresh product and presentation, and most importantly, proud of what you do. You should also be knowledgeable in terms of running a financially viable kitchen, with natural leadership and communication skills.
