Job Title: Site Manager (Fit Out & Carpentry biased)

Your salary: £45,000 to £55,000 (Depending on experience)

Our client has been providing contract furnishing solutions for the UK & European market & The company which is split into Three main divisions to include;

Home Furnishings:

The leading company specialized in the production of high-end home furnishings and large productions (residential, hotel and public buildings).
Our client manufactures and provides a complete suite of furnishings for the home and beyond.

Office systems furniture:

provides tailor-made furniture packages to the commercial and retail sectors.

Kitchen systems:

Leading manufacturer of high-end Kitchens. Design and experimentation have always been the hallmarks of our client . Innovation, functionality, aesthetics and technology are the result of intense research and testing, carried out in cooperation with architects and designers.

Operating the business across three separate disciplines have helped them forge a reputation for providing superbly innovative products and excellent service to both businesses and public sector institutions around the world.

Some of your responsibilities:

  • The appointed Site Manager will report to an onsite Project manager,
  • Look after the high end joinery packages
  • Hold Site Meetings
  • Liaise with Clients
  • Manage carpenters and joiners on site
  • Place orders of materials

You must have:

  • At least 5 years experience as a Site Manager
  • Come from a Carpentry / Joinery background as Trade
  • SMSTS
  • Relevant CSCS Card
