In this role you will be responsible for:
* Helping our customers by identifying their needs and providing valuable solutions to maximize sales through a proactive and commercial face to face environment.
* Using your skills and creativity in display and merchandising to drive incremental & add-on sales, provide advice and recommendations for products, services & delivery options.
* Helping our customers find the products they need using a range of mediums including technical data sources.
* Pro-actively acquiring new customers along with maintaining strong relationships that are already established, either directly or via the phone.
* Investigate, record and resolve customer issues from general & technical questions, creating a world class customer experience.
* To process customer transactions efficiently and accurately together with undertaking associated warehouse & stock management activities within agreed service levels.
* Representing and being a Brand Ambassador and creating loyalty and repeat business

As part of the branch team you will engage in Continuous Improvement and share best practice with colleagues together with having a strong focus on supporting all the sales functions and other key support departments within the business to support the larger world class sales teams we are all proud of.

What we are looking for:

* Previous experience in local inbound and/or outbound sales within a customer support environment
* You will need to be able to work under pressure in a customer facing environment and provide a world class customer service, resolving any issues with customer's demands.
* An intuitive and inquisitive nature.
* Someone who is comfortable conversing with a customer in a commercial & technical way and offering solutions.
* Computer literacy is required.
* A driving licence is desirable.

Salary - £18000 - £18500
