£21,670 with £5,000 OTE (uncapped and guaranteed for 6 months)

Due to continuing growth, Baker Snell are recruiting for an Account Manager to work on a permanent basis for a company based in Honiton.

The Account Manager plays a pivotal role into the success of the organisation. You will look after a number of accounts as well as identifying prospect new clients so the ability to build long lasting and strong relationships is paramount. This is a consultative sales role, providing advice and guidance on products therefore no hard selling is involved.

Duties will include:

  • Negotiate prices as appropriate within the company’s guidelines
  • Follow up on potential prospect clients ensuring sales opportunities are secured
  • Advise on all products
  • Maintain telephone contact with lapsed users to maintain relationships

Our client is searching for a candidate who has a proven record of account management, relationship building and working to personal targets. The successful candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service along with the ability to identify sales opportunities and close deals. A background working in a technical/construction environment would be advantageous or have the aptitude to learn technical product information.

This client is employee focussed and offers a full, thorough induction along with on-going development. The successful candidate will be fully supported in their role with effective training and a guaranteed OTE for 6 months.
