Our Medway based client are looking to hire a B2B Internal Sale Executive to join their strong performing sales team. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible, via the telepone, for growing the sales and margin of the company whilst maintaining customer requirements. 

Typical duties of an Internal Sales Executive:

  • Working closely with the internal and external sales team to manage the growth of sales
  • Maintaining high levels of customer service by keeping order processing accurate and taking responsibility to resolve customer complaints
  • Managing and processing multiple orders from manufacturers to customers
  • Completing relevant administration for each department and ensuring compliance is upheld

The ideal Internal Sales Executive candidate will:

  • Have previously worked within a trade or merchant sales environment
  • Be an overachieving sales professional with an excellent sales record
  • Be able to be able to build rapport with clients and customers
  • Display strong business development ability through upsell, cross-sell and new client acquisition
  • Show excellent communication and be an organised and prepared individual
  • Have working knowledge of H&S Legislation
