You will initial sit through a 15 minute presentation from Time Recruitment who will explain the role and company to you. Then we will move on to a Q&A session for 20 minutes. Once you have completed our basic application forms we will ask you all to split into 4 groups who will be interviewed by the call centre manager and floor manager. All of the above will happen in one day and will take no longer than 2 hours maximum. Please ring TIME Recruitment to confirm your place on . The Company:
Our Client is a forward thinking innovative company that is looking to recruit driven individuals to join our claims team. The environment will suit hard working, highly motivated individuals seeking a career and personal development within the legal services sector. Our Client requires ambitious recruits for our sales office in a highly desirable location of Manchester City Centre. The office has a café on site and gymnasium for the use of employees, we have a games room, pool table and own kitchen facilities within our great office space. The right candidate will work 35 hours per week between 10:30-18:30 Monday to Thursday, 10:30-17:30 Friday. No weekend work required.

The Role:
-Working within a fast paced call centre via an automated dialler system
-Identify and generate potential clients for a successful personal injury claim Utilising excellent communication and questioning skills to identify and qualify leads
-Ability to work well under pressure in order to get the job done and reach targets to achieve bonus and contribute towards the team's success.
-Comfortable working as part of a team yet possess the confidence to be self-organised with the ability to use your own initiative.
-Deliver the required amount of sales per day
-Deliver the required amount of calls per day
The Person:
-Previous sales experience is essential
-Hungry for Success
-Excellent communication skills
-Good interpersonal Skills
-Knowledge of IT , Excel and Microsoft word
-Well presented

Our client requires some experience within a call centre environment, background of telesales either door to door to phone sales.
There Is potential for progression within the company to Team Leader.
