Job Title: Finance Analyst (Credit Controller)

Location: Leeds

Salary: Up to £20,000 dependent on experience + 3% flexible benefits + on target bonus of 5% + contributory pension

We’re now looking for a Finance Analyst (Credit Controller) to join our growing team.

You’ll be responsible for:

•Ownership of 10-15 key clients (FTSE calibre businesses)

•Liaison with internal Lowell Ops teams to ensure customer accounts and inbound payment data files have been processed accurately

•Invoicing clients using best practice, plus client specific requirements

•Proactive query resolution ensuring all payment blockers are removed

•Cash allocation of inbound receipts within the autorec platform

•Active management of aged debt profile

•Working with the wider finance team and operations to suggest and implement procedural changes to improve processes

•Other duties as requested by the UK Credit Control Team Leader

You’ll need to evidence the following experience, qualifications and skills:


•Previous credit control, or AR, experience is desirable

•Previous high volume reconciliation experience desirable

•Previous exposure to complex high transaction volume business, preferably within Financial Services business is desirable

•Previous experience within a medium sized finance department is desirable


•Formal qualifications are not necessarily as important as previous experience

• Intermediate Excel ability

• Personal organisation
