My client is a leading and expanding group who are renowned for their staff reward, recognition and ranked highly in The Times Top 30 Big Companies.

Due to their continued expansion, they are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work within the Fraud team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Motor Insurance in order to provide effective support to the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with an interest in getting into Fraud.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure that letters to Brokers/Policyholders are generated and diarised for all cases
• Create stop Files within our Counter Fraud System
• Maintain Fraud Diary on a daily basis
• Ensure notes are updated on our Counter Fraud and Policy/Claims Systems
• Manage Inboxes and Post daily ensuring they are cleared and allocating where necessary or send post to scan
• Deal with Incoming and Outgoing calls for the Policy Fraud Investigators and Technical Advisors in relation to general Policy Enquiries where necessary
• Validate all supporting documents requested by Investigators and Advisors on cases
• Review aged debt data and raise payments to suppliers with accuracy
• Outsource claims to suppliers on a delegated authority basis
• Review and action where necessary, requests to remove the fraud lock from claims/policies, ensuring the lock is reapplied in a timely manner
• Continuously promote and adhere to our Customer Charter promises and Visions & Values
• Where applicable, to adhere to Company processes with regard to FCA compliance and Treating Customers Fairly;
• To ensure that DPA, FCA, TCF and other regulatory requirements are met.
Key Skills and Knowledge:
• Good understanding of Motor Insurance
• Excellent organisational and time keeping skills
• A good degree of computer literacy and understanding of MS Office suite
