Would you like the opportunity to own the process of taking a legacy product into the 21st century? An opportunity has arisen within a highly successful communications services company, to lead the transformation of a product that has stood the test of time.

This is a great opportunity to take a well know, offline product, into digital age we now live in. You will need to have demonstrable experience in proposition development, not just creating new ones to stand alone, but a portfolio that can support and improve the success of a longstanding product. This is a highly regulated product and experience with OFCOM regulations would be beneficial. Ideally you'll have owned a digital transformation, change programme or the likes and understand the challenges of turning a declining product into something successful

You will be responsible for leading a business unit that has huge potential for growth. You will manage a large cross functional team responsible for strategy development, sales, commercial, operations, product/ proposition and analytics. So as you can see will require someone with a background covering a multitude of disciplines

As well as managing a large team you will also be looking after a budget of c£70million so something of similar scale in previous roles will be advantageous.

Along with the MD you will develop the long term strategy to drive this product, in a new direction. You'll need to have a customer centric mind set and have the ability to take customer and market knowledge and use that to enhance product developments.
