Field Based Sales BDM New Business Development £80k OTE

My UK-Wide client, a rapidly growing Software provider, is looking for a New Business Generator to focus on M4 corridor contacts in a Field Based New Business Manager position. You will be money motivated and driven to create opportunities and convert them into big deals. You will be aware of the importance of a healthy pipeline and aspire to achieve more every day.

To succeed you will have a strong background in new business generation, with high performance attainment to quota, selling ERP Software solutions. You will have a background in Finance and accounting solutions as part of an ERP Package or freestanding financial packages. On top of this, you will be excellent at ensuring customers receive top quality service throughout the sales cycle.

You will be working with a close knit team where everyone pulls their weight. You will be supported by a Marketing Department and Implementation Engineers, as well as Technical Account Managers. You will also get an industry leading 33 days annual leave, alongside a very competitive benefit package with a very realistic OTE based on past performances.

Required Skills:
*Financial Software Solutions and/or ERP Sales background.
*Good history of target achievement to quota.
*Experienced in handling high value SME and Enterprise deals from generation to close.
*Use of Salesforce CRM beneficial.
*UK-wide travel is necessary. Flexible work/office hours negotiable.
