If so this could be your dream role. Our client, a leading company within its industry sector, is looking for someone to lead, develop and nourish their telesales team whilst creating and managing new and existing sales opportunities.
The Sales Manager will improve sales, customer service levels and client retention, through training and development, employee reviews, appraisals and disciplines when required. Develop and implement annual business plan and sales strategy, produce monthly reports and forecasting for the head of sales and set individual monthly targets and KPIs for the team.

Note: 2 days travel a month for client visits will be required in this role.
