A fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Manager to play a key strategic and visionary role with this growing small, ambitious ecommerce business.

We are seeking a commercially aware, results-driven marketing professional with hunger and energy to own and direct the marketing function and strategy.

As Marketing Manager and a key member of the management team, you will provide strategic direction & leadership, contributing to overall marketing strategy and company growth. Developing integrated, multi-channel marketing and communications strategy, with an increasing focus on digital channels, and overseeing its implementation, maximising brand positioning and potential, financial and budgetary accountability, and providing appropriate tools to support the sales team and channel will be key elements of the role.

Sustained success and a proven track record in a strategic marketing role in a multi-channel distribution environment is essential. You'll demonstrate an exceptional understanding of the full marketing mix, with well-tested knowledge of marketing principles & disciplines, along with previous experience of working with an ecommerce.

This role will require to have an in depth knowledge of digital marketing, in particular hands on experience of managing PPC campaigns. Data is also going to be a massive focus, you should have practical understanding of how to use data in order to formulate successful campaigns.

Your entrepreneurial and creative flair will be significant, you'll have confidence in your marketing expertise and decision making, and your exceptional credibility and interpersonal skills will enable you to influence, motivate and manage senior stakeholders.
