Contract Type
Full Time
Are you an employment advisor who wants to do something different, rather than move to another employment advisor role?  This is a side step, but you will develop a whole new skill set, and join a charity that has recently won over £15 million of contracts with heaps of opportunities.

You will enjoy managing your own day and diary.  And you will need to be creative, and able to develop relationships with partner organisations.  The new contract wins (17 of them in total) all rely on the charity seeking out referrals and developing partnerships with other organisations that work with job seekers.  You will be tasked with going out and meeting these organisations and discussing what these contracts can do for their clients.  The contracts are varied, and cover career guidance to specialist gangs projects, paid work experience for refugees, young people and job seekers with long term health conditions, as well as specialist training courses (and lots of others).  Typical organisations you would approach include job centres, local authorities, youth charities, schools training providers and colleges.

You will work closely with all the different teams at the charity that deliver each project, working in line with their referral needs and providing feedback to partner organisations on their progress.  You must have experience of sourcing referrals for welfare to work or NEET contracts.  This role is based from Islington, however, you will be expected to travel to the far corners of London on a daily basis, so will need to be flexible.  Please note, this is initially a 2 year contract.

Please apply via this advert.  If you would like to discuss the role further, or have applied and not heard back and would like feedback, please call us, or email the Hello email address (details found on the Red 5 Solutions website).
