Chef De Partie 5 Hotel 1 Rosette £18 - £19K
My client is looking to recruit two strong chef de parties to work along side the senior sous and head chef, to continue to develop this four star destination venue. Steeped in history it offers a fine dining restaurant, brasserie and wedding venue all in one place, and is exceptionally popular all year round.
The ideal candidates will have a strong hotel background, will be strong mentors to junior chefs and will have a passion for food. Experienced demi chefs will be considered for the role. The kitchen brigade consists of ten full time chefs and three part time, this is a large operation producing a high volume of covers and catering for weekly corporate functions and weddings.
Requirements for the role include
* At least 2 years experience in a similar environment
* Excellent multi tasker with ability to switch from different menus
* Ideally experience in banqueting for large numbers
* Own mode of transport
* Multi outlet experience
* A one rosette background would be beneficial but not essential
The normal working week will consist of 45-50hrs and overtime will be relevant, along with salary or hourly rate discounts on food, drink and rooms are applicable along with membership to the on site spa. This role will be incredibly rewarding for the right person and offers huge scope to further develop and grow with in a blossoming hotel company in an award winning kitchen environments.
