My client has a newly created role for a Software Development Manager to take an instrumental role overseeing multiple software development & web development projects. Based in Princes Risborough my client is in the heart of Buckinghamshire and provides software solutions to over 1000 global clients.

As an experienced Software Development Manager you will have experience overseeing the following key project areas:
- Software & web / cloud development
- Resource management
- Budget & time management
- Quality assurance
- Release management
- Change management
- Process management
- Business analysis and systems analysis

Reporting directly into the MD/owner of the business this will be a key senior management role within the business.

Any experience with the Agile Scrum frame work & methodology would be highly beneficial.
