Salary: £18,000 + Bonus

Experienced in a Motor-Trade Service position within the Automotive industry is essential
Summary of the role
As a Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers post sale. Generating leads from existing database. Generating leads through prospecting activity. Managing incoming telephone and digital enquiries. Assisting the sales/marketing team with ROI measurement and CRM related activities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record working in a call center/sales environment.
Main Job tasks and responsibilities
- Manage incoming leads from a range of sources. Qualify the leads before recording on CRM systems and passing onto Sales Executives. Manage the customer until you have confirmation that they have been contacted by a Sales Exec.
- Manage existing database of customers and prospects keeping regular contact with them to ascertain whether there is any opportunity.
- Support the sales team in prospecting or CRM activity including excessive overdue contacts.
- Support marketing campaigns with event/campaign related prospect/follow up calls.
- General admin/reporting.
- Have input into future marketing campaigns.

At least 12 months' current or recent experience in a Service role is essential. Working in a customer facing role within a Prestige Dealership, you must be well-presented and well-mannered with strong customer service skills.
