My client is one of the UK's largest accountancy and business advisory firms providing services to ambitious businesses within the UK and globally. We are a profitable, dynamic and innovative firm with a reputation for exceptional client service.They are looking to recruit an exceptional Marketing Adviser role to assist the Marketing and Business Development Manager in the delivery of marketing & sales strategies for Corporate Finance and Private Equity. The role holder will be expected to interface with key Partner and Director stakeholders directly, where appropriate on key programmes.
Key responsibilities:
*To work with the Marketing and BD Manager to co-ordinate, develop and implement campaigns and activity
*To drive the implementation of a range of marketing communication activities. To be able to propose and develop campaigns, events and thought leadership to meet the planned objectives
*To increase the effectiveness of the campaigns, and to have an understanding of the latest marketing techniques which can be used to help augment campaigns
*To be an expert user of CRM systems and client data and to champion its use
*To ensure clients and contacts engaging with the programmes are systematically captured and with the Marketing and BD Managers followed up by the business
*Advise business support staff to ensure brand and communication consistency and compliance

The successful candidate will have:
*Preferred - CIM diploma or equivalent accredited (or currently working towards) or relevant marketing experience
*Marketing experience - 3-5 years' experience, preferably in professional services or Corporate Finance or Private Equity
*Event Management experience
*Preferred - digital marketing communications experience (including the use of social media to support campaigns)
*Project management skills - with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
*Use of a CRM system and Microsoft Package experience essential
