My client a medium sized legal firm are looking for a Billing Administrator to join their team on a 12 month contract 

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic candidate to join our Accounts team as a billing administrator. With a strong focus on billing, main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to

• Raising internal draft invoices to provide to fee earners and get approval on the bills
• Creating and finalising invoices to send to clients
• Communicating with fee earners and support staff with regards to billing process
• Contacting clients to assist with billing process
• Managing Accounts mailbox and taking responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Having client facing correspondence.

The ideal candidate will have some experience of working in professional services though full training will be provided. Being organised with a keen attention to detail is absolutely essential to this role as is ability to prioritise and organising workload in a timely manner. They should be able to work under tight deadlines, be proactive and enjoy working independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of Sage and Inprotech is desirable but not essential.
