Do you have solid experience from a business travel finance background? If you come from a business travel/TMC finance background please get in touch!

You will be responsible for the back-office finance administration of a selection of Business Travel and Leisure Travel Travel Agents. While there is a large finance flavour to the role, those of you who are right for this role will be glad to know that you won't be doing finance the whole time.

This is an amazing opportunity to join a fantastic company at a very exciting time. You, as Finance and Administration Assistant, would report to the Finance Team Leader. You'd work alongside four other friendly and fun Administrator professionals. The whole team works really close together so you're not left on your own, but rather have the great opportunity to both bounce ideas off each other and learn from each other.

Some of the job responsibilities:
*Process supplier payment (Airline/tour operator/cruise line)
*Carry out travel agent client money bank reconciliations (Sage 50 & Excel)
*Conduct general back office administration duties
*Liaise daily with Travel Agents and Suppliers

Person Requirements:

*Worked within the Finance Department of a Travel Management Company and had experience of processing BSP and dealing with air ticket pricing queries
*General administration
*Processing bank reconciliations
*Making purchase ledger and supplier payments
*Using MS Excel (intermediate level: e.g. knowledge of formulas)
*Building healthy relationships with clients / or working in a client facing role
*Working with Sage 50 or similar accounting product (ideal, but not essential)
