Finance Administration Clerk - Part time

£15k for a 27.5 hour week

5 days per week 9am-3pm

Plymouth

We are looking for a part time Finance Administrator to assist the Finance and HR Officer in our dynamic, sociable, rapidly expanding company based in Plymouth.

Main Duties will include:

  • Purchase Ledger - checking and entering invoices on to Sage.
  • Bank activity printouts and bank reconciliation.
  • Aged debtors - update payments received and invoices issued.
  • Vehicle management- record service intervals and D/Licence records.
  • Suppliers account management - statement, remittance, returns and warranties.
  • Management accounts input and review.
  • Monthly purchase report
  • Manage job cost analysis
  • General administration queries
  • filing of records

The successful candidate will have previous finance administration experience at a similar level and be competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook Excel and sage accounting software.
