Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of the charity's gaming programme
  • Line management of 3 fundraisers focusing on prize-led fundraising
  • Work with colleagues across the organisation to ensure donors are experiencing a suitable supporter journey across all elements of gaming fundraising
  • Drive the innovation of new products to increase income and reduce costs
  • Develop and deliver an integrated gaming strategy
  • Continued testing to drive better results
  • Work with a range of external suppliers to ensure work is completed on time and to agreed budgets
  • Reporting and analysis of campaigns to ensure continued development and improvement
  • Manage creative aspect of campaigns to ensure that all work fits within the organisation's brand guidelines
  • Manage gaming team budget
  • Data selection and analysis for all campaigns

Profile

Person Specification:

  • Gaming experience within a charity background. This may be through working in a team that has a gaming department or working with gaming suppliers
  • Experience of conducting post-campaign analysis to inform suggestions
  • Experience of handling agencies and negotiating to ensure the charity gets the best deal possible
  • Line management experience is desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with an excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to make recommendations and drive innovation within a direct marketing team
  • An eye for the creative side of DM
  • Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team
  • Good numerical skills

Job Offer

This organisation is looking to offer a salary of between £35,000 and £40,000 depending on experience.
