IT Helpdesk Manager - ITIL experienced - £30-40K

This established and successful business who operate on an international scale have a requirement for an ITIL Helpdesk / Service desk manager to lead their helpdesk team.

You will lead a team of support staff as an experienced leader. The focus here is on the ability to improve service levels, nurture and encourage support staff and contribute to the well-being of the help desk.

In addition, suitable candidates should demonstrate:

** IT Support or IT Management experience from a similar role

** Team-working skills and excellent communication, experience leading a team in an ITIL environment

** An interest in business and ways of motivating and developing staff - good interpersonal skills
