Administration Manager - Financial Services

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

A well established Wealth Management practice that provides corporate and private client wealth management advice to Private Clients, Business Owners, now have a rare and exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Administration Manager to join their prestigious office based in Nottingham.

This role will suit someone who has been working within financial services and has experience of Management, Pensions & Investments as well as delivery of first class service to Clients and Consultants. You will be working for an award winning professional services firm with an excellent reputation for training staff in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Daily duties will consist of;

You will be Manage the administration team day to day in processing pension and investment business in an

Managing the processes and staff so that we remain compliant in everything we do in accordance with FCA and MPA guidelines

Organise training and monitoring staff on technical issues and processes and ensure that they are technically competent to carry out their jobs in line with their T&C requirements.

Produce Management Information (MI) for the MD and Board so that they can monitor and assess the performance of the administration team and overall Company

Attend Board Meetings as and when required to update the Board on any staff and related issues

Carry out meetings with staff on group or one on one basis so that and training needs or other issues can be addressed

Liaise with advisers and introducers so that their expectations are met

Attend Training as agreed with MD in line with T&C plan for yourself

The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working as an Administration Manager - preferably within an FCA regulated environment. You will have solid communication skills, focused attitude and dedication as well as the ability to lead and manage a team.
