Hot off the press!
The Telesales Executive will have a list of existing customers and will be responsible to call them on specific days to take their order over the phone.
YOU MUST be IT Literate
- Use the CRM system regularly to record client activity and ensure the customer experiences seamless service.
- Conduct outgoing calls which should be a mixture of, existing customers and lapsed customers.
- MUST be able to use a key board to a good level as all sales are managed via computer interface
- Strong selling and influencing skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and consultative skills
- Strong time management
Monday to Friday
10.30 - 19.00 Monday to Friday - 1 hr lunch
Once trained there will be roational Sunday working with Friday's off.
