Our client is currently looking to recruit an Internal Account Manager to join their customer service team based in Leeds.

Reporting to the Sales Director and working as part of a well-established team of professionals this is an exciting opportunity for an office based account manager.

You will be responsible for retaining and growing the profitability from our existing customer base and making appointments for our BDM’s where appropriate.

The product range available to you covers the whole spectrum of telecommunications and connectivity as well as maintenance and engineering contracts supplied by an in house team of fully qualified staff.

•Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well at all levels and a great telephone manner.

•Ability to generate business

•Strong negotiation skills

•Commercially astute

•Computer literate - good IT skills

•Ability to use own initiative

•B2B sales experience - ideally in telecoms
