Location Bristol
Salary - 18-22k

My client is currently seeking a 1st Line Support candidate based in their Bristol office; this is fantastic opportunity to grow your skill set and extend your breadth of knowledge.
Training will be provided as they have their own bespoke software system in house and you will be given the opportunity to progress to 2nd and 3rd line.

Key skill:
* Experience of Android/Smart phone devices
* Previous experience of working in a cloud based is desirable but not essential
* Microsoft
* Experience in a range of Software packages
* Patience and excellent customer service is paramount
* Degree or equivalent qualification (Essential)
