My client a very successful Wealth Planning IFA Practice based in Henley is actively looking to recruit a skilled HNW Administrator who is a career Administrator and keen to work within this role as a  Senior Administrator.  The client rewards talent and it is a lovely environment to work in and the successful applicant will be able to hit the ground running quickly.   This vital role involves the administration of the whole advisory process, from adding new business to the database through to dealing with valuations and quotes. A critical part of the role is liaising with product providers so strong communication skills are crucial to success. You'll be required to also chase any documentation required from clients or providers, so you'll need to be tactful as well as persuasive. 

The main duties are as follows:-

The Financial Planning Administrator will undertake a wide range of duties and in particular the following:
? Organising and maintaining effective filing and communication systems in the office including client database management on the back office system
? Client Meeting Preparation including Issuing letters of authority and collating information for Adviser / Paraplanner
? Preparing valuations and mailings
? Help in product research and information gathering
? Obtaining illustrations from Assureweb and product providers
? Processing new business applications, checking all compliance aspects and chasing them through to completion
? Dealing with existing business queries
? Producing annual client reviews
? General office administration including opening, distributing and logging post
? Liaising with clients by email, written correspondence and telephone
? Comply with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and the relevant FCA rules at all times. This also includes the Company's own internal compliance procedures such as Treating Customers Fairly and Anti-Money Laundering procedures.
? Keep up to date with all relevant products, legislative and technical changes, as required.
? Follow appropriate ethical standards within the firm at all times.

To be considered you must be able to demonstrate the following:-

? At least two years Financial Services experience working within an IFA environment
? Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of Pensions, Investments & Protection
? Excellent administration & organisational skills with strong attention to detail
? Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
? Strong computing skills - knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc)
? Practical problem solving ability and the ability to work on own initiative
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
? Experience dealing with high net worth and Ultra HNW clients would be advantageous
? Platform knowledge such as the Standard Life wrap platform and Raymond James would be desirable
? Proficient in the use of Intelligent Office (IO) back office system would be advantageous
? The willingness to undertake exams and further training is encourage.
