The role will be hands on and involve completing the following tasks

I Am seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager with high level of attention to detail to oversee the accounts payable team.

- Overseeing the duties of the accounts payable team and ensuring all invoices are being processed within a timely manner
- Lead on-going process improvement initiatives and streamlining the Accounts Payable function
- Act as key point of contact with internal department heads, liaising on regular basis to address emerging supplier issues
- Manage and maintain supplier relationships to ensure smooth supply of goods
Intelefile system administration and monitoring Manage the day-to-day running of the purchase ledger, ensuring all supplier invoices have been entered and reconciled at the end of each month.
- Assisting Manage Accounts function with purchase accruals at month-end
- Entering and reconciling all payments in corporation with Accounts Receivable to align/ investigate discrepancies
- Ad-hoc requests as requested by Finance Controller and/ or Finance Director


Having gained solid accounts payable experience working within retail, catering or hotel environment

AAT, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent accounting accreditation or studying/working towards
Previous exposure gained to an accounting system, preferably Opera and Intelefile
Experience in creating and implementing projects, processes, and systems from inception to completion, prioritising and managing multiple projects and tasks
Ability to manage a high volume of change and deal with ambiguity
Sense of urgency, can do attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
Be able to commute to London and the other UK locations when needed.
