CRM Insight Analyst - Leading Retailer - London

A leading fashion retailer are looking for a CRM/ Insight Analyst to join their team of 6 to aid their growth. Ideally you will come from a campaign analytics background with exposure to ad-hoc analytics around transactional data.

The Customer Analytics team are one of several analytics teams across the business looking at different parts of the customer journey. The work is very varied and you will get the chance to work on some interesting campaigns.

CRM Insight Analyst Responsibilities

  • Being the data champion, you will have a clear understanding of our customer databases, data processes and their implications on campaign analysis and reporting activities
  • Design and plan the targeting of loyalty marketing offers running selections of customers to encourage loyalty
  • Run and manage regular reporting and post-campaign analysis for our campaigns, delivering actionable insights and recommendations
  • You will support the wider marketing team on end-to-end campaign management; including multi-channel planning, execution, reporting and providing recommendations
  • Delivering ad-hoc insights to support strategic marketing planning
  • You must be able to prioritise work requests and deliver them in a timely manner

CRM Insight Analyst Requirements

  • Analytically minded with proven experience in a data driven environment
  • Ideally a history of working in multi-channel campaigns
  • Knowledge and experience in A/B testing
  • Proven track record of turning data insight into actionable recommendations
  • Experience of using Faststats or another campaign management tool
  • Advanced user of MS Excel/Powerpoint
  • Knowledge of SPSS
  • Educated to a degree level in relevant subject
