I have a client based in Cheltenham who is looking for 2nd Line Support Engineer who has experience with Desktop, 2nd line Support, Helpdesk, Windows, Exchange, Network Support and Active Directory on a Permanent basis.
Our Client is offering the successful 2nd Line Support Engineer a salary up to £27,000 based on experience.
Skills and Experience Required
- Excellent communication and people skills
- 2nd Line Support Escalation point.
- Helpdesk Support Experience
- Windows 7 & 8
- Windows Server 2003/2008/2012
- Mac OSX
- Active Directory, Group Policy
- Exchange 2007 - 2013
- Office 365 Support
- Remote Desktop Server
- Hardware Support and System Builds
- Telecoms or Network Support
- Cisco routers & Switches
- Good Troubleshooting skills
