You will be working for a leading mid-tier provider of accountancy and business services. Their clients include growing entrepreneurial companies, owner-managed businesses, listed companies and high net-worth individuals. They have a strong regional office network, with major offices in most key cities throughout the UK, which enables them to provide a consistent national service in all their local markets.
Your new role
The role is client-focused so you would provide timely and accurate delivery of tax services on behalf of a portfolio of personal clients, ensuring that all receive a first class service at all times. You will be expected to build and maintain effective relationships with clients with the intention of making you an indispensable resource for their tax compliance affairs. You would also assist with the supervision of Tax Trainees, reviewing work and providing training where required, as well as support Tax Seniors and Managers on more complex technical assignments.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will be ACA, ACCA or ATT qualified with substantial work experience gained in a private client tax environment, preferably in practice. You will need to have experience of a client or customer facing environment would be advantageous and have proven experience in client handling and managing a busy portfolio. Ideally you will be competent in the use of Microsoft Excel, possibly also with experience of using Digita software.
