Your new role
In your new role as Nursery Assistant you will be working across all ages from birth to 5 years of age where you will be supporting with all aspects of learning. You will need to be comfortable with making observations to report back to the children's key worker. You will be assisting with learning through play and encouraging peer play and learning.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified Nursery Assistant with experience working in an Early Years setting within the past 12-18 months. This can be paid work, voluntary work or a college placement. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, excellent ICT skills and strong planning skills.
