Our client in Canterbury is looking for a Sales Administrator/Accountant. This is a dual role which incorporates sales administration, bookkeeping and accounts.

The successful candidate will be providing administrative support to the Sales Team and General Manager, whilst maintaining full responsibility for the car franchise accounts, assisting both the Financial Controller and General Manager.

Key responsibilities:
*Ensure all vehicles are in stock and vehicle transfers processed accurately.
*Process new vehicle orders.
*Produce accurate management reports.
*Prepare the annual car franchise budget.
*Regularly check control accounts such as: stock, bank accounts and loans.
*Make management aware of any changes (new developments etc) in procedures which may impact upon the car franchise division.

Skills and Experience:
*Be a part qualified accountant
*Have at least two years accounts experience
*Possess proficiency in MS Office
*Previous administrative experience
*Knowledge of VAT relating to a car franchise system

The successful candidate will:
*Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Have the ability to work with personnel from all levels
*Be highly organised and efficient
*Have excellent data inputting skills with keen attention to detail
*Have outstanding organisational and time management skills
