Job Role - Reporting into the Service Desk Supervisor, this is a multipurpose role which spans 1st and 2nd line support, with the opportunity to be involved in various projects, working with both the Infrastructure and Applications teams.

  • Ensure Service Requests and Incidents are responded to and logged in a timely manner; politely and efficiently in a professional manner
  • Resolve requests and escalating when necessary. Monitor status of outstanding calls and follow up where necessary. Ownership of issues and problems
  • General troubleshooting and problem solving - providing 1st/2nd line support
  • Administer procurement, loan equipment, mobile fleet, meeting rooms setups and web conferencing facilities
  • Account Administration including the New Starter and Leaver Process and basic IT Training

Skills

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a legal or professional services firm, providing 1st/2nd Line support. You will have previous support experience with; Windows 7, Office 2010, Active Directory, MS Exchange, Citrix, IP Telephony and ideally any legal DMS, CRM or Digital Dictation.
