Your new company
This Building Services consultancy has an established presence in the North of England. They work across residential, mixed-use, industrial, and more. Due to a strong pipeline of project work in the London area they are now in a position to open a London office to handle work within the M25. This office is being created from scratch by the London Director, hiring a mixture of highly experienced Senior Engineers, and dynamic Junior Engineers.
Your new role
You will be working within a new team, who will all be joining the office at the same time as you. You will design the mechanical systems, making the necessary calculations, on projects across a variety of sectors, focusing on residential. You will be building on the skills that you have gained from a previous Junior Mechanical Design role, and getting involved in a variety of tasks to help establish this new office.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have either a HND or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services. You will have previously worked within a consultancy setting, or similar, and be familiar with UK codes and standards. The nature of this office set-up will require a flexible and supportive attitude, you will be expected to assist your new team, and work to create a functioning M&E design office.
