Qualified and experienced Sales Ledger Controller required in Redditch

Salary - £21,000 - £23,000 plus excellent benefits package

New Way Recruitment Services are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales Ledger Controller to work for a Training Provider out of their Redditch centre.

Purpose of the role:

The main purpose of this role is to manage customer payments for co-investment ensuring receipt of funds is in accordance with agreed payment schedules

Key responsibilities:

  1. To manage and control the customer direct debit processes
  2. To manage sales ledger processes for direct debits and invoicing
  3. To maintain regular contact with employers to ensure payments are received in-line with expectation
  4. To ensure contractual compliance for customer co-investment arrangements

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of direct debit processes and obligations
  • Experience of using Pegasus Opera - Desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to support working with customers and employees
  • Good standard of IT skills, with excellent knowledge of Excel
  • None required although a relevant accountancy qualification would be desirable
