The Warren is Haulfryn’s flagship holiday resort with a thriving Restaurant, Bar, Beach Bar and Pool Bar.

We are now seeking ambitious, enthusiastic, customer and standards orientated experienced CDP and Sous Chefs who can be available to augment our team that has responsibility for the day-to-day running of our Holiday Park Operation at The Warren in Abersoch.

You will have relevant experience in the Hotel and Catering industry, together with a thorough understanding through practical experience of statutory food hygiene standards and Health and Safety legislation. You must also be an excellent communicator and be able to show that you are well organised, self-motivated and can work on your own initiative.

You will be responsible for:

- Helping with stock control

- Food preparation

- Delivery of operations

- Training junior kitchen staff members

- General day to day service

- Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations.

- Salary - £18k - £23k (dependent on experience)
