Our clients, a very well established, not for profit professional body are recruiting for a Marcomms Manager. Working as part of a small and busy team you will be responsible for managing the marketing and communications for the organisation and will lead on the delivery of key tasks for their Strategic Plan which will place particular emphasis on promoting the function of the organisation, branding and engagement with key stakeholders.

The duties will include:

  • lead the design, development and promotion of the digital and off line presence
  • devise and implement press and publicity campaigns
  • plan and execute communication campaigns
  • develop, produce and quality control all marketing materials
  • undertake analysis and reporting of industry trends
  • lead delivery of marcomms projects to schedule and budget
  • be responsible for managing, developing and promoting the brand
  • recruit, train and develop team members

The skills, experience and background for this role include:

  • graduate level education or equivalent with a marketing qualification
  • strong communications skills including writing and editing
  • first class experience of marketing processes
  • experience of developing and managing marcomms activity
  • excellent experience of digital media in a marketing context
  • experience of people management
  • experience of analysis and reporting of data
