Penguin Recruitment are delighted to represent one of the UK's top and highly successful leading consultancies. Our client are looking for a dynamic Senior Town Planner to join their team in London and deliver a diverse range of Planning services.

The successful Senior Town Planner will join a highly regarded team and work on a diverse range of Planning services in the Residential, Commercial, Property, and energy sectors.

The Role:

As a motivated Senior Town Planner, you will form a vital part of the planning department which may range from supporting junior members of staff to remaining up to date with local planning legislation. This multi-disciplinary consultancy provide a full range of planning services which includes Submissions, Planning Appeals, Site Appraisal and Assessment and Planning Applications. This opportunity offers huge potential for career progression.

Job Requirements:

The successful Senior Town Planner will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the planning sector, ideally within the private sector. You must have a relevant RTPI accredited degree and be a full member of the RTPI (or be in the process of becoming fully chartered). Excellent communication and I.T skills are essential.
