Brightwork Ltd have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Internal Communications Officer to join our well established client in North Glasgow on a permanent basis.

Our client has an excellent reputation with-in their field and are currently looking to appoint an exceptional Internal Commucations Officer to support their busy and fast paced team.

Hours of work: Part Time position to work, Monday- Friday between 10am - 2pm (There would be some flexibility on shift pattern for the right candidate)

The successful candidate will:

* Be enthusiastic and approachable * Create and deliver reports in relation to both the specific department and wider organisation * Have excellent presentation and written skills. * Ability to work effectively with colleagues across the business * Creating innovative new ways of communicating with employees and business partners. * Travel to other centres and locations within Scotland to support the business if required.

Essential Skills and Responsibilities:

* Ideally have a relevant degree or qualification * High level of knowledge & experience of using MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint. * High level of customer service, admin, organisation & time management. * Managing the efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation's communications, intranet and digital content * Working closely with section managers on communications strategy
