Clark James is pleased to be working a leading provider of bespoke engineering and geospatial modelling services that optimise the performance of electricity networks and provide services across the world, to countries including the UK, USA, Australia and Canada.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable graduate to fulfil the role of Geospatial Processor who will be responsible for the post-processing of a range of remotely sensed data that has been captured by the field teams.

As Geospatial Processor, you will be responsible for CAD Workflows for vegetation management projects and ensure that the outputs are produced to a high standard.
Your duties will include the following:
• Producing spatially accurate LiDAR point clouds and ortho-rectified sets of aerial imagery
• Classification, mapping and spatial modelling of data
• Spatial accuracy of the data complies to the specifications
• Modelling Power Line Circuits and networks, as well as producing various reports using PLS CADD software

To be considered for the role of Geospatial Processor, you will have working experience of at least one of the following:
• LiDAR and Remote Sensoring
• Surveying
• GIS
• Electrical Engineering
• Civil Engineering

You will also be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

• Close attention to detail
• Degree level educated

The Geospatial Processors role is worked on a 9 day rolling shift pattern (3 mornings, following by 3 afternoons, followed by 3 days off)

Salary starting from £16,090 per annum, 18 days holidays + bank holidays, plus benefits and company pension scheme

Due to working hours and location, own transport would be highly advantageous.
