LETTINGS AND ACCOUNTS MANAGER

SALARY - £21,000.00


Our client is a bespoke property company who specify in student and young professional rental accommodation, alongside the development of 'run-down' buildings.

The role will involve general office duties including assisting with correspondence and enquiries, booking viewings,undertaking the signing of tenancies, processing deposit returns and all other areas of general administration.

MAIN DUTIES

*Dealing with maintenance and repair enquires, processing work sheet and liaising with contractors.
*Bank Reconciliation of Lettings Account including
*Rent allocations to Tenancies
*Reconciliation of Card Payments to First Data Banking Receipts
*Transfer of funds to TDS Custodial bank for incoming Bond monies.
*Distribution of payments to Landlords and Contractors
*Preparation of LET Only Rental Statements and payments.
*Chasing Outstanding Rent Arrears and contacting Landlords with information when necessary
*Charging Landlords for EPC, Gas and Electric Inspections when required
*Updating Landlord Bank detail
*Checking and dealing with ticketing system and re-charging tenants
*Investigating issues with the Lettings & Property Management department.
*Processing and managing our utility account for the properties.
*Preparation and submission of Office Invoicing and general account assistance.
*Keeping track of VISA accounts, petty cash reconciliation and matching receipts to statements.
*Office support including dealing with email enquiries, telephone calls, drop in appointments.
*Directing of deposit transfers.
*Dealing with the daily booking of viewings.
*Updating and imputing data to keep organised.
*Assisting with the management of the office on a weekend and during busy periods and in holiday/absence.
*Basic office duties and running of the office.

Ideally worked with Xero software finance system
Previous experience within Property Lettings is preferred
