My client, a London based eGaming company is expanding their team with the addition of a performance marketing executive.

As the performance marketing executive you will assist in the build and execution of all ECRM communications for the client. You'll provide reporting and feedback on areas such as hard and soft bounces, to the CRM team and ensure optimisation of creative, sending plans to improve on open and click through rates.

Primary Responsibilities:

To build and execute ECRM campaigns for all sites within the brand and it's sites.

To build and upload email marketing materials into the 3rd Party Supplier system.

To execute all SMS and Push campaigns using 3rd Party Supplier tools

To create email segments using the 3rd Party Supplier tool, to send tests and respond to requests

for updates from the CRM associates.

To run reports and fulfil documents required to report back to each team on the open and click

through rates of their campaigns.

To advise each team on ways in which to improve their open and click through rates

and the overall performance of their campaigns.

To learn important principles that can help to improve the performance of ECRM campaigns -

optimisation of creative and subject lines, email reputation, IP blocking, hard and soft bounce issues

and send times.

To learn the responsibilities necessary to manage day-to-day responsibilities during short term

absences of the CRM Specialist.

To work with the CRM Specialist in devising and developing an overall CRM Methodology.

Occasional Responsibilities

To learn the legal issues associated with email marketing and ensure that all email communications adhere to the legal requirements.

Closely manage and monitor costs and ensure that activity remain within agreed budgets

Effectively manage, develop and maintain people, skills, infrastructure and suppliers

Identify potential cost savings for the business and pro-activity work towards attaining them

Increase customer retention online through digital channels in line with KPI's

Manage agencies and suppliers to deliver against agreed retention KPI's

Increase the awareness and amount of traffic coming to the site in line with KPI's

Be accountable for the management of all digital retention and reactivation channels

Support and manage the efforts around organic, direct and social channels

Ensure that all activity from all channels are tracked and reported regularly

Maintain a high level plan of future promotions and how best to support customer retention

Develop a promotion release framework and periodically review and adjust

Plan and execute each promotion release utilising all retention performance channels

Gain deeper insight into our customers behaviour and habits

Define and target customer segments including high value customers

Improve targeting; the right product at the right customers at the right time


HTML/CSS skills

strong interest in email marketing and data segmentation

Good excel skills

Online gaming experience or a keen interest in the sector
