Salary: Basic + Commission OTE £30k

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy individual, looking to further develop their career in sales, on behalf of a local business.

You will have an excellent understanding of B2B sales, you must be able to demonstrate a strong desire to succeed, excellent communication skills and an ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.

In this role you will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction, building and maintaining your own client portfolio.

Have experience working to targets and performance related objectives, delivering monthly progress reports at team meetings.

Objective

You will be responsible for meeting and surpassing the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth through excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

    Identify and evaluate customer needsActively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, social media and cold callingSet up meetings with potential clientsPrepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ servicesEnsure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrationsParticipate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferencesNegotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objectionsCollaborate with team to achieve better results
