You will be responsible for managing the websites, increasing traffic, developing apps and doing new and exciting things that no-one else in the beauty industry can or would. Someone with great skills in PPC, SEO and Social Media Advertising as the role will initially be hands-on while the rest of the team is recruited who can then move to building and managing their own team. Working with some external agencies/consultants the role will be a blend of strategy, execution and management of specialist expertise.Responsibilities:
Website, CRO and Web Analytics·Updating and optimising content for conversion·Reporting and analysing website performance (sales + engagement metrics) ·Generating insights and actions for continuous improvement
PPC, SEO & Display·Responsible for setting up new campaigns, and reporting and optimising existing ones in line with KPIs·Driving traffic to, and revenue through, e-commerce and content sites·Work closely with the Content Manager to ensure all content is optimised effectively for organic search and advise of any significant changes in this area that will impact visibility and web traffic
CRM·Managing an external agency to develop and optimise a solid lifecycle marketing strategy·Liaising with internal teams to gather relevant customer insight·Reporting and analysing performance and communicating this to the wider business
Affiliate Manager·Development and day to day management of our international affiliate programme·Calendar and asset management for affiliate marketing calendar·Reporting and analysing performance of affiliate programme and reporting to wider business
Social Media / PR / Influencer marketing·Work closely with PR and content team members to align social media and influencer activity·Staying up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and developments
Requirements:·Expert knowledge of digital marketing channels, including affiliates, display, PPC and SEO·Proven experience in reporting and analysis in order to make informed marketing decisions·Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and commercial skills·Experience of managing agencies and freelancers·Up-to-date with Digital Marketing trends and innovations·Live within 1 hour's commute of W3
