This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CNC machinist to join a specialist engineering company based in Staffordshire in a team leader capacity. This role is working a 42 hour day shift; Monday to Friday, and is offering a starting salary of £28,476 per annum.

The Company
Based in Staffordshire, this company specialise in aluminium die casting. They are currently looking for an experienced CNC machinist to join their team in a team leader capacity.

Roles & Responsibilities:
This company have over 30 CNC machines including; Chiron's (single and twin spindle), Haas, Brother, Feelers & Robodrills and they are looking for someone with experience and knowledge of Fanuc, Haas or Brother control systems. You will be responsible reading and understanding CMM reports and identifying quality issues as well as CNC operation. You will be responsible for minor program alterations and edits, maintaining health & safety procedures and supervising a team of engineers.

The Ideal Candidate
You will be an experienced CNC machinist with CMM experience who is looking to take the next step in your career in a team leader capacity. You will have experience of working with Fanuc, Haas or Brother control systems and be able to maintain high levels of health & safety and quality control measures. You will be able to lead a team, work under pressure and have good communication skills. This is a long term opportunity and you will be looking to commit your future to a dedicated engineering company in Tamworth.

The Package:
This role is offering a starting salary of £28,476 per annum plus 6% contributory pension.
