Senior Support Worker
North West London


We are looking for an experienced support worker with previous supervisory experience of working with client groups with Adults with physical disability. To lead a team of staff ensuring that provision is to the highest standard of professional support in the creation of an environment that will enable each person living and working in that environment to achieve their maximum potential.

To provide the highest standards of professional day to day support and create an environment that will enable Service Users to have the best possible quality of life and live as independently as possible within a residential home.

Type of Candidate:
• Experience with Adults with physical disability. Up to 21 service users.
• You will be a driver with a UK driving licence at least held for 1 Year and it is not necessary have access to a vehicle.
• You must be committed to our ethos and values and to making a difference every day.
• Successful applicants will be positive in their outlook and passionate about customer service
• Good Office IT Skills Excel, Word etc.
• You will be an excellent communicator, team player and relationship builder.
• Experience working at a senior level is also desirable
• Stock management central officer supplies
• Previous facilities customer service and reception experience

Key success factors: You will have had experience of working with and providing practical support to, people with learning disabilities and / or multisensory impairments. The successful candidate will have had experience of facilitating a person centred review, and ideally of using a range of person centred planning tools. Well organised and able to prioritise own workload effectively and flexibly whilst maintaining deadlines and high levels of accuracy, Experience in organising departmental activities.
