Contracts Manager

An immediate opportunity exist for an experienced Contracts Manager with extensive roads and services experience to manage numerous project simultaneously for this Tier two Principle Contractor.
Your proven ability to direct site staff to the successful completion of projects is sought after.

Your duties will include -

*Managing the construction and commercial aspects of the project
*Managing more than one project simultaneously
*Managing the outputs of each site
*Continuous liaison with the Client and the Consultants
*Ensuring company values including safety is adhered to
*Provide technical advice and guidance

Requirement include -
*A Civil Engineering degree or diploma
*Proven experience within a Civil Engineering Contractor as a Contracts Manager
*Extensive roads, earthworks and services construction experience
*Commercially aware
*Posses excellent team building skills
*Above average written and spoken communication skills
