My client is a market leading organisation based in the Hammersmith. They are currently looking to recruit a Service Desk Technician (Desktop Support) to join their growing team. They are looking for someone keen to progress further in an IT environment as they will provide further training. Typical responsibilities for this role include:

- Being first point of contact for all incoming technical issues.
- Logging calls and allocating them to specific teams.
- Managing all email traffic on the helpdesk
- Basic understanding of Windows 7/8/ Mac (Desirable)
- Understanding of Windows Server/ Active Directory
