Duties and requirements of the Deputy Manager:
Lead and manage the activities of the care team ensuring a professional, high quality service is delivered at all time.
Allocate resources and monitor performance
You will have excellent communication skills
You will be driven and motivated with a strong belief in providing quality care
You will have a strong leadership ability in conjunction with a role model approach
